Oh, Wow! That was some cheesecake. Thanks to the chef and to you for making it happen. The presentation was more than expected. It was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste senses. Rich, chocolatey, caramel with creamer cheesecake and a ganache layer of chocolate. What’s not to like? Almost instantly addicting. I have to get the leftovers into the freezer quickly and convince myself that it won’t taste good straight from the freezer. My daughter was equally impressed with the quality, taste and presentation. Thanks again. You have cemented the food relationship!
